ABOUT US:
ORANGE COVE is officially formed on 7th August 2006. Ever wondered.. "WHY ORANGE COVE?" Well, Orange is our favourite colour, and Cove signifies the beach and the sun, and we pretty much like the name, so here we are!!! We'll have several collaborations of music, with young talents like RuiShan and Carin on the piano and vocals, Mark on the drums, and we are also close friends with another band called Subjected To Change(S.T.C.), so you could pretty much hear more of us playing together in the future! WE'RE BACK!!!!
as we said, ORANGE COVE part 1.
The two boys behind the strumming and the craps. haha!!! hafta' say,
they're the Tom and Danny of Orange Cove, but never up to their standards!! haha!!

Alright, finally!!! An update from us!!!
So what did we do yesterday?
"JAMMING"!!!
yea, went all the way to Tampines TSC to book in for the jamming room.
So when we guys reached the place,
Carin, RuiShan, Mark and Xiao Marc were already there,
so we all plugged in our guitars,
took whatever song list we have,
and finally... LET THE MUSIC TAKE CONTROL!!! =DD
so we practised several songs,
but we majored into HOW I GO by Yellowcard,
and SLEEPING WITH THE LIGHTS ON by Busted.
ohkay, a waste we didn't tape those two songs down,
but we tried recording HOW I GO though,
with Kenneth and Carin, on the Duet,
Benjamin on the lead guitar,
RuiShan on the Keyboard,
Benedict on the Bass,
Mark on the Drums,
and Xiao Marc and Sean on the cameo-work.
it isn't really good quality though as we recorded from a phone,
hmm... but will see if we can podcast that song up for you guys((:
So we jammed for 5 hours non-stop,
trying the Mouth Band thingy too, haha, the amusing part of the day!
After that, went on to Tampines Mall for a meal,
we ate, we talked, we played,
and we simply enjoyed ourselves!!! YOOHOO!!!
so this is the new listing of songs we must complete:

yea, that'll be all for now,

ORANGECOVE- KENNETH- hey everyone out there!!!
Alright, here's the catch, "WHAT DID WE DO
YESTERDAY?"

ohkay, here goes,
Ben and Dict stayed over at Sean's place( Which is also my house)
for a GRAND NIGHT of MUSIC in the house, haha,
and then once the sun rised/ rose ( whatever~),
for a GRAND NIGHT of MUSIC in the house, haha,

we bathed and changed and got prepared for our BEACH GEAR! haha
so... we made our way to
Harbourfront where we got SUBWAY for lunch((: and
boy, i gotta tell ya', the whole of Harbourfront MRT is packed like... like...

so we made our way to Sentosa, with the Ticket Counter Girl teasing us,
ORANGECOVE( happily said): "4 TICKETS PLEASE."
Ticket Counter Girl( interrupted and smiling away): " Hey, are you guys brothers?"
ORANGECOVE( with an "ERR.." look): " Err... yea? why? haha."
Ticket Counter Girl: " OH!!! haha, cuz' you guys look-a-like!"
ORANGECOVE( looking at each other's faces): " We lookalike...?"
Ticket Counter Girl: " YesYes!!!"
ORANGECOVE( interrupted): "OHKAY OHKAY! Err.. 4 tickets?"
Ticket Counter Girl: " Oh, here's the 4 tickets, Thankyou."
ORANGECOVE( walking away thinking): " WOW, i didn't know getting a ticket would take us this long!! Is she doing a survey or something? HAHA!"
When we reached the beach,
the place was like so deserted and the sky was like so dark...
So, Ben and Sean deceided to play Basketball at the Basketball court,
while Dict and i were sitting on the beach strumming on the guitar,
then this Indonesian Girl came and asked,
" Hey, can i borrow your guitar for a second?"- in an Indonesian accent.
" Yea, sure."- Ken replied and passing on the guitar.
" Are you guys Japanese or Korean?"- She asked curiously.
" Err.. i'm Singaporean! Haha!"- Pretty stunned but was proud to be recognised as a Jap or Korean.
After 45 mins, the sun came out, like FINALLY!!!!
So we tanned ourselves... sat in a very cool position,
then I went on with my drawings on the sand,
it was one of the greatest experience for me cuz' i drew so many pictures,
even of one with me and my girl's face,
and another of ORANGECOVE's big human replica!!
Everyone who walks pass never fail to STOP-LOOK-WOW!!!
haha, yea, and it just feels so GOOD when they say our band name out loud!
WOOHOO!!! ORANGECOVE- PUBLICISED PART ONE!!! (((:
Then the rest of the day at the beach was photo-taking and video-ing!!! COOL SHIT!!!
We went on to take a shower right after,
and after the bath, i went to get my Ben & Jerry's CHUNKY MONKEY!!! =p
Then we went on to Town to meet Ben and Dict's Mum at Shaw House,
then after that, went on to TAKA to get a "GET WELL SOON" card for my girl,
and then we walked all the way to CINE just to grab the food there.
and it was just "SHORT JOHN GOLDEN" that we're having, HAHA!!
then tired and glum faces printed on the guys,
it means, TIME TO GO HOME! haha
so we went back,
knew we had a great time, obviously we had a great time,

KENNETH- Hmm... i wish for world peace, haha, as if i'm MR. UNIVERSE! well, for everyone's good health, especially my family members and my friends. more and more guitars, more shirts of our band, a house just for the band, and perform infront of a huge crowd at the indoor stadium or anywhere else!!!BENJAMIN- I wish to perform on National TV!!! and erm... to make it BIG!!! Hopefully we can sell records!!! That'll be GREAT man! And but of course, to impress you!!! THANKYOU!!!
BENEDICT- Wish to perform in front of many, many people. And that i have a bass guitar specially made for me . And maybe find one pretty girlfriend! hahah!
